How the heck did you gain 6 pounds overnight?!?!?! All you ate for dinner was a giant bowl of cabbage! You even worked out for the first time in ages! Everything feels pointless. You throw your scale out the window. There must be goblins making you fat overnight! It might be goblins. It’s probably something else. Let’s take a look.
