ABOUT DR. TREVOR KASHEY

three reasons why you should not be here

Hi, I’m Dr. Trevor Kashey

“About me” pages make Dr. Kashey chuckle. They’re typically written in the third person… and everyone knows that person is writing it. So Dr. Kashey scrapped the formalities, resolving to write this page as if getting to know a new friend.

And, honestly, that’s what this is.

So, you want to know a bit about me?

I’m quite a few decades old, I live in Austin Texas with my wife, Desiree.

We have a teenage daughter, Genevieve, a black and white cat named Micheal Jackson, and a white German Shepherd named Ghost

Something tells me you’re expecting different info.

It’s safe to say you’re thinking:

“Does this Dr. Kashey Fellow Deserve My Time And Attention?”

For lots of you… my answer is NO.

Here’s Why:

#1: I WILL NOT GET YOU INSTANT ABS

For odd reasons, people think “personalized nutrition” and “instant abs” mean the same thing

I see why… The body drew me to begin studying molecular physiology more than 15 years ago

(more on that later).

I believed, by mastering the nuances of metabolism, I could bend it to my will, “tricking” a body to look however I wanted

Turns out the body laughs at such feeble “trickery”.

Your lean, fit body is possible… some “tricks” DO help… but your new body demands work, determination, and a new way of thinking

… also, don’t discount the work to preserve your new body.

So if you’re not prepared to commit around ten times your expected effort… I’m not your nerd.

#2: IF YOU DON'T WANT TO "KEEP YOUR EYE ON THE PRIZE" YOU ARE NOT GOING TO LIKE MY STUFF

You’ve been through “instant abs” scams. You’re still flooded with ebooks, ads, articles all promising quick results and endless pushing of “biohacks.”

Are a few of the “hacks” legit?

Some, for a minute… But if you count on “hacks” you’ll never get your new body. You end up on the yo-yo machine, fueled by one sham after the next.

THAT flushes your time and attention down the toilet. If that level of waste is your goal then go watch cartoons. At least cartoons are fun!

#3: IF YOU EXPECT "EASY STREET" I DONT WANT TO HELP YOU

Let me clarify, what I’m telling you is important:

I’m capable of helping you, but I refuse.

I can do it, I just won’t.

Why?

When somebody asks me about the “easy way” all I hear is “I’m not totally invested in my long term success as a person… and that means I am not totally invested in the long term benefits of my new body”

Boiled down, it means “I don’t like working”

I know, changing your body is HARD WORK. Look, when you’ve hit your groove, it can be just like you want: Smooth sailing into a leaner fitter body.

First, you have to hit your groove. Then, you have to stay groovin’ This is where the HARD WORK comes into play!

Still with me?  Perfect!

HOW CAN I BE SURE IF YOU ARE ANY GOOD?

  • Action steps and strategies you can use immediately, for free. Right after… you’ll probably get:
  • Shamelessly pitched to join TKN.
Do you think it’s absurd I just said I’d shamelessly pitch you to join TKN? Well, is there any reason I shouldn’t say it?

My pops said it was the old “If You Want To Help People Then You Should Actually Help Them” swap-a-roo.

Seems crazy, eh?

But results are magical.

Let’s face it, I run a nutrition program. That is how I feed my family.

Therefore, I will try to get you enrolled!

BUT, I will always give you action steps and strategies you can use NOW.

That’s on me.

Then, hopefully, you’ll tell yourself “Oh boy, Dr. Kashey’s free stuff is awesome! I think I’ll try his paid stuff.”

But you may still be pondering…

HERE IS WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM ME.

Well, the smartest decision is to just read, watch, or listen to some of my free stuff.

If you like it, you’ll probably like my program.

If you don’t like it, you won’t.

However, I suppose this is the cue for me to do the “dazzle you by patting myself on the back” thing now… so here goes:
  • My foray into molecular nutrition started when I was 15 years old. I had just gotten my learner’s to permit and did what every other normal 15-year-old boy would do:
  • I became a cancer researcher at the Translational Genomics Research Institute.
  • A couple of years after that, at 17 or so, I finished my first university degree in biochemistry.
  • Exciting times. I was almost old enough for my mother to not need to awkwardly sign safety waivers for me to be in labs around dangerous chemicals! Yay!
  • This was important because I was immediately accepted into a doctoral program for Biochemistry, skipping that pesky master’s degree.
During my doctoral studies, I maintained a three-way focus between:
  • Laboratory: Energy production at the cellular level
  • Industry: Nutraceutical sciences where I consult on product formulation and production
  • Clinical Studies: Medical nutrition therapy and special populations
When I wasn’t in a lab I was in the gym. I guess there are a lot of nerds and a lot of athletes but not a lot of both. I set national level strength records. Combine that with my nerdy background, and I a lot of attention from the fitness blogosphere.

One of the blogs I was featured on must have been a big deal, because right after it went live my inbox was flooded with literally thousands of people begging to work with me.

The strangest part is that I never said I worked with anyone. I didn’t, and never even planned to.
But I’m a sucker for experiments, so I said: “what the heck, why not.”

I thought 100 people were good to my experiment with, so I accepted the first 150, just to be safe.

Turns out my programs for people got some darn good results.

Good enough to also get the attention of an Eastern Bloc Country.

They ended up “convincing” me to move overseas and work with half a dozen of their teams for the Olympic Games.

Thinking back, I’m not sure I was more scared of telling them “no” or telling them “yes”.

But since I’m a sucker for experiments I said: “what the heck, why not”.

…Full-immersion Russian in a barracks full of angry fighters… not recommended.

After their teams got a few dozen medals, including a few golds, they decided to let me keep my thumbs!

They invited me back.

And I politely declined.

I decided to focus on the individual.

I immediately organized and fleshed out all of my data logs.

The beauty of it is that I had mountains of case studies ranging from gold-medal-winning athletes to stay at home moms to billionaire CEOs.

I refined it into methods my clients see today.

HERE IS WHAT I WILL HELP YOU WITH, SPECIFICALLY

My priority is to help you transform your body by using Nutritional Cognition.

I am the creator of the Nutritional Cognitive Enhancement Protocol, which is a fancy way of saying…

“Programming your brain to change your body through personalized nutrition”

It is, if you ask me, the promised land of permanent fat loss.

I also prioritize your intervention efficacy.

That’s a super sciency way of saying “even though you’re getting results and are happy, I always analyze data to get you better results to make you happier”.

I do this by showing you the best way to approach YOUR fat loss.

HERE IS MY SHAMELESS PITCH TO YOU
