My Body Before TKN looked like I worked out but definitely enjoyed lots of pizza. Honestly it made me feel like I just had the body type that didn't lean out. I wasn't comfortable, confident or feeling good.
I have never felt more mentally stronger, My body is to the lowest weight and BF I have ever been to. I feel and look good. Also I now feel like I have the tools to keep succeeding. It makes me FEEEEEL AMAZING! I am so happy with myself.
