How was your body before Trevor Kashey Nutrition?

My Body Before TKN looked like I worked out but definitely enjoyed lots of pizza.

How did that (state of being) make you feel?

Honestly it made me feel like I just had the body type that didn’t lean out. I wasn’t comfortable, confident or feeling good.

What were you unable to do that you wished you could do?

Feel completely sexy in my body. I also felt that I wasn’t a great role model.

During that time, how did your current state of being affect those around you?

It mostly affected my husband, and the people I was coaching because I didn’t have the confidence I needed.

How did you hear about Trevor Kashey Nutrition?

What were your doubts and fears before starting the program?

I think my biggest one was will I be able to be consistent. I think we all know what to do but its just doing it and keeping ourselves accountable. I was scared that I would just want to quit all the time.

What made you say YES anyways?

I wanted to feel confident in myself, I wanted the extra push to make a change in the way I think, act and feel.

Where is your body/mind now?

I have never felt more mentally stronger, My body is to the lowest weight and BF I have ever been to. I feel and look good. Also I now feel like I have the tools to keep succeeding.
 

How does that make you feel?

It makes me FEEEEEL AMAZING! I am so happy with myself. I love where I am at and i’m so excited to see where I am at in 900 days!

What are you able to do now that you were not able to do before?

I can Lift more, muscle ups, more pull ups, My body moves better and easier in everything. I can walk up stairs with ease. I can plan days, I can get through mental breaks, I can say YES to myself!!

What positive impact did that have on others around you that you might not have expected?

I didn’t think my husband would get so on board and start losing weight, and making some real progress.

What would you tell someone who is reading this right now and is unsure about taking the next step?

If you want to change your life you need to do this. Not only will it help you become the person you want to be physically but mentally as well. There are so many things that are simple that we can fix but to have a community that supports you 100% and pushing you to be better is what you need. And if you feel like you can do it on “you own” think about how many time you told yourself you would start Monday then fell off and said you would start again the next Monday. This takes that out of it. Gets you in the right mindset to keep saying yes to your goals.
