What Is Your Name?

Jake M.

What is your occupation?

Ranch Hand at Triple C Shooting Range.

How was your body before Trevor Kashey Nutrition?

I was an “athletic” build but never was able to have abs like all my fellow CrossFitters.

How did that (state of being) make you feel?

Made me self-conscious and I didn’t like taking my shirt off at the pool. I would even swim with a shirt on at times around people I wasn’t comfortable with. I’ve always had ‘a small belly’ and it was always on my mind.

What were you unable to do that you wished you could do?

I wished I could look like a mannequin lol. Big chest, strong arms, abs, but also girth. I didn’t know how to ‘lean out’ but kee muscle mass.

During that time, how did your current state of being affect those around you?

My wife and friends didn’t seem to mind much. I did get picked on for swimming with a shirt on and people would say, “your skinny what does it matter”, but I felt like a whale with that belly.

How did you hear about Trevor Kashey Nutrition?

Gym Launch

What were your doubts and fears before starting the program?

The cost, that’s all. But, I thought it was the best thing since sliced bread. And still do. TKN has the best support system and I have never felt pressured into anything. It’s always been what I want and what my goals are and how to tie those together.

What made you say YES anyways?

I was a gym owner at the time, and thought if I could learn more about it that it would help me business wise. So I was eager to learn more.

Where is your body/mind now?

In WAYYY better condition. I have abs, my chest and shoulders are more defined. I get compliments on how I look all the time.

How does that make you feel?

It makes me feel like a boss. It makes me really happy to know this was very successful. And it has helped me set this up so I can continue this for life.

What are you able to do now that you were not able to do before?

Have abs lol. And eat what I want and still have them. I wasn’t sure how to control that dial before, but now I have a good understanding.

What positive impact did that have on others around you that you might not have expected?

Just by my looks, I get asked if I do nutrition on the side for folks a lot. I always tell them about TKN but for those that don’t want to drink the juice, it allows me to assist them.
Also, people are more friendly when you look like a boss.

What would you tell someone who is reading this right now and is unsure about taking the next step?

It’s worth more than the cost, and it’s worth it. Get started yesterday.

How likely are you to recommend TKN to a friend?

110%
