How was your body before Trevor Kashey Nutrition?

My body before TKN was fairly lean and more thiccc. Strong and good for weightlifting but lacking in some ways too.

How did that (state of being) make you feel?

Like I wasn’t doing everything I could to reach my goals of international competition in weightlifting.

What were you unable to do that you wished you could do?

I was unable to recover the way I wanted for training. Be in less pain. Lift bigger weights.

During that time, how did your current state of being affect those around you?

I don’t think it affected those around me immensely. But there is a noticeable difference in my confidence and positivity.

How did you hear about Trevor Kashey Nutrition?

Through a coach at gym launch

What were your doubts and fears before starting the program?

Just financial worries. Will it be worth it? Can I afford to do this? Should I spend the money on my kids?

What made you say YES anyways?

I wasn’t fulfilling my dreams so doing the same thing would have resulted in the same outcome. I needed to take action on reaching my dreams and that means doing 100% of the work and not just “Training Hard”

Where is your body/mind now?

I feel way sexier. My wife likes the leaner version of me. I am more confident and driven. Less clutter on my mind and more freedom. I just feel like I have an action plan and can use it no matter the circumstance

How does that make you feel?

Amazing. Successful. Ready. Powerful. Proactive.

What are you able to do now that you were not able to do before?

Stay leaner while maintaining my strength. Its also easier to eat in a way that fuels my body without a complex puzzle

What positive impact did that have on others around you that you might not have expected?

Better sex. Less negative thoughts about myself and other. More optimistic. I feel like I am seizing the moment to reach my goals.

What would you tell someone who is reading this right now and is unsure about taking the next step?

GO ALL IN! What you have been doing has produced a lackluster result. Or you wouldn’t be reading this now! Be a person of action, not reaction.

How likely are you to recommend TKN to a friend?
