How to Turn Your "Classic Dad Bod" Into Muscle Definition Like Never Before
Learn How Will T. Developed a New Level of Confidence With TKN.
What Is Your Name?
What is your occupation?
I own a gym and run Pact Fitness. I also work for Gym Launch helping other gyms throughout the world grow their businesses successfully.
In my spare time, I teach Small Business Management and Entrepreneurship at Southern Utah University.
How was your body before Trevor Kashey Nutrition?
Before I started TKN my body was headed in the wrong direction. I had zero ab definition and was well on my way to building the ‘Classic Dad Bod’. I own a gym but did not look anything like it with my shirt off. I have worked out my whole life and been an athlete previously however I had let a couple of years of running a business, kids, and life get in the way of making my health and fitness a priority.
How did that (state of being) make you feel?
The state of mind I was in just before TKN was not good. I knew deep down that I was making excuses and not only was I not leading my team and community well, but I was lying to myself. I felt “impostor syndrome” often and battled with thoughts like, “Why do I even run this business if I don’t have control over my eating”. This also led to putting extra pressure on my team, spouse, and those around me to cover up for my feelings of insecurities. It was a fairly negative place.
What were you unable to do that you wished you could do?
As silly as it sounds, I remember wishing I could workout without my shirt on in my gym without feeling insecure about my lack of muscle definition and abs.
I was unable to fully own my decisions, actions, and do the things I wanted to do. I knew I was living far under my potential and capabilities and it all started with what I saw in the mirror.
During that time, how did your current state of being affect those around you?
Throughout that time, my mindset and attitude added frustration to those around me. My wife has recently told me some of her frustrations with my attitude and lack of action. I also was not the present father that I wanted to be. I was often lost in my thoughts when I could have been enjoying time with my family.
I wasn’t the leader my business needed me to be.
How did you hear about Trevor Kashey Nutrition?
I heard about Trevor Kashey Nutrition through several friends who had joined the community.
What were your doubts and fears before starting the program?
I had a few doubts and fears when I started TKN. The first was if I would stick to the program and if the coaching would be enough to keep me going, even on the days or weeks that I was not motivated. I also own a gym and have sold nutrition programs for years and wondered if it would be information I could use or if it was just another template to follow.
What made you say YES anyways?
I knew I needed to make a change and TKN became a part of that change. I just turned 30, fatter then I have ever been and figured if I was going to change TKN would be the start of it.
Where is your body/mind now?
My mind and body with TKN are significantly different than before. Over the last 10 weeks, I have lost almost 30 pounds. I have abs and muscle definition like never before and I feel amazing. The number on the scale is awesome and the body I see in the mirror is great. But, the greatest changes have come on the mental side. I feel I have a new level of confidence and understanding of what I can achieve in every area of my life.

How does that make you feel?
The things I have learned in my time with TKN make me feel confident in myself and my ability to adapt and grow. I have increased my ability to see roadblocks more logically and make any necessary changes to reach my goals physically and mentally.
What are you able to do now that you were not able to do before?
Before TKN I limited myself to what I could achieve and lived far under my potential. Now I have a clearer picture of what I am capable of and the sky is truly the limit. I can achieve what I want in every aspect of my life and not use work as an excuse not to achieve my goals. I look and feel better than I ever have. I spend more quality time with my kids and have a rejuvenated relationship with my wife and others around me. I have also been able to grow our business and lead our team through the worst economic climate in years.
What positive impact did that have on others around you that you might not have expected?
I did not expect my mentality and ability to be present in all situations to change as much as it did with TKN. I am more productive at work and more present and available at home with my family. Finally, I feel excited about the future again.
I have also been surprised at the number of former skeptics and are now supportive of my goals.
What would you tell someone who is reading this right now and is unsure about taking the next step?
“A year from now you will wish you started today”. We all have the voices in our heads that tell us all the reasons we can’t do something or why it won’t work or why this isn’t the right time, etc. TKN has been the spark I needed to regain my confidence and understand my potential. They have given me, and will give you, the tools you need to be successful!
How likely are you to recommend TKN to a friend?
