TKN Turkey Squash Bowl

This colorful bowl of ground turkey, spiralized squash and julienne cabbage is baller. If you don’t have a spiralizer, simply slice the squash and cabbage julienne-style.

TKN Butternut Squash & Veggies

Ingredients

99% ground turkey (raw)

100g

shredded green cabbage (raw)

100g

spinach (raw)

50g

butternut squash spirals (raw)

200g

olive oil

8g

chicken broth

50g

salt

pinch/to taste

pepper

pinch/to taste

rosemary

pinch/to taste

instructions

  1. In a nonstick pan over medium-high heat, add 4g olive oil, and turkey. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Remove from pan when cooked.
  2. In the same pan add remaining olive oil, cabbage and squash spirals. Add seasonings as desired and saute for 5 minutes.
  3. Stir in chicken broth and spinach, cover, and steam for 2 minutes. Toss noodles with turkey and enjoy!
