
TKN Turkey Squash Bowl

This colorful bowl of ground turkey, spiralized squash and julienne cabbage is baller. If you don’t have a spiralizer, simply slice the squash and cabbage julienne-style.

Ingredients
99% ground turkey (raw)
100g
shredded green cabbage (raw)
100g
spinach (raw)
50g
butternut squash spirals (raw)
200g
olive oil
8g
chicken broth
50g
salt
pinch/to taste
pepper
pinch/to taste
rosemary
pinch/to taste
instructions
- In a nonstick pan over medium-high heat, add 4g olive oil, and turkey. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Remove from pan when cooked.
- In the same pan add remaining olive oil, cabbage and squash spirals. Add seasonings as desired and saute for 5 minutes.
- Stir in chicken broth and spinach, cover, and steam for 2 minutes. Toss noodles with turkey and enjoy!
