The sage and cumin give the turkey a fantastic sausage flavor while the spinach and sweet potatoes provide some well needed satiety power. They say there is something to having a clear head all day by starting your morning with protein and they are RIGHT!

Ingredients
93% ground turkey
100g
sweet potato
20g
spinach
50g
olive oil
5g
salt
pinch/to taste
pepper
pinch/to taste
cumin
pinch/ to taste
sage
pinch/to taste
instructions
- Brown the turkey on the stove and season with sage and cumin.
- Once browned, toss in pre-cooked sweet potato chunks, add olive oil on top, and lightly toss.
- Throw spinach in last and heat until JUST wilted. Season with salt and pepper to taste!
