TKN Lamb with Berries & Plantain

A unique contrast between savory lamb, sweet crunchy plantains and fresh juicy berries, this dish is perfect for a late summer afternoon when raspberries are in the peak of their season.
- Season the lamb with cumin and sage as desired. Brown the lamb over medium heat until cooked through.
- Slice plantains and brown in pan in coconut oil over medium heat until slightly brown on both sides, approximately 5 minutes each side moving occasionally.
- Serve with berries and lamb. Season with salt and pepper to taste!
