TKN Lamb with Berries & Plantain

TKN Lamb with Berries & Plantain

Ingredients

lamb

100g

raspberries

50g

plantain

20g

coconut oil

5g

salt

pinch/to taste

pepper

pinch/to taste

cumin

pinch/to taste

sage

pinch/to taste

instructions

  1. Season the lamb with cumin and sage as desired. Brown the lamb over medium heat until cooked through.
  2. Slice plantains and brown in pan in coconut oil over medium heat until slightly brown on both sides, approximately 5 minutes each side moving occasionally.
  3. Serve with berries and lamb. Season with salt and pepper to taste!
