TKN Ground Turkey with Rice & Banana

TKN Ground Turkey with Rice & Banana

Ingredients

ground turkey breast (uncooked)

140g

jasmine rice (uncooked)

20g

ripe banana

20g

coconut oil

3g

salt

pinch/to taste

instructions

 

  1. Prepare rice as directed.
  2. Brown ground turkey in a frying pan with coconut oil, until cooked.
  3. Cut banana into slices.
  4. Mix together and enjoy.
