Ingredients
cucumber
200g
salmon
65g
salt
pinch/to taste
pepper
pinch/to taste
cilantro
pinch/to taste
instructions
Peel and slice cucumber into 1.5”-2” medallions.
Sear salmon in a pan on high heat for approximately 1-2 minutes each side. Slice salmon into small pieces and place on top of cucumber.
Season with salt and pepper.
