TKN Cucumber Sushi Bites

Savory, crunchy, protein packed and delicious these little bites assemble quickly making them ideal travel food. Season lightly with salt pepper and cilantro or capers!
- Peel and slice cucumber into 1.5”-2” medallions.
- Sear salmon in a pan on high heat for approximately 1-2 minutes each side. Slice salmon into small pieces and place on top of cucumber.
- Season with salt and pepper.
